Not in vain, it is considered one of the most beautiful stretches of the peninsular Mediterranean coast. A variety of beaches and coves of sand, gravel and rock rest along the 25 km of this unique coastline. From open beaches such as L’Arenal or La Grava, which have all the services, to small coves with crystal clear waters like La Barraca, Ambolo or La Granadella. In all of them you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the landscape as well as water sports or even walks along different paths bordering the coast.

LA HACIENDA

The housing has all the components of a Mediterranean home, both at a functional and materiality level. It has two clearly differentiated areas: day zone and night zone, separated by a spacious entrance hall with the staircase that leads to the upper floor. The day area is an open plan area with a large island kitchen and dining room, as well as a lounge area facing the exterior. Light enters sifted through a warm pergola of wood that generates shadows on the outside. The night area consists of two bedrooms with bathrooms in open suite, thus allowing natural light to enter all the way through the suite until the bathroom. On the top floor there is a large bedroom suite with access to a private terrace that offers magnificent views, also equipped with a pergola that protects the house from the impact of the sun. The rest of the plot is complemented with Mediterranean touches and a large swimming pool to cool off in the warm summer days.

JAVEA

Javea (also known as Xàbia) is a coastal town located in the province of Alicante, Spain. It is situated in the northern part of the Costa Blanca, on the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula. Javea has a population of around 30,000 people, which increases significantly during the summer months due to its popularity as a tourist destination.

Javea is known for its beautiful beaches, clear waters, and rugged coastline, as well as its picturesque old town with narrow streets and historic buildings. The town is surrounded by mountains and offers a wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, and water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, and scuba diving.

Javea is also famous for its local cuisine, which includes fresh seafood and rice dishes such as paella. The town has a lively atmosphere, with many bars, restaurants, and shops catering to both locals and tourists.
